Huaguan Liza
An 800 W city scooter aimed at students and everyday commuters — 60 V 23 Ah graphene pack, 70–80 km range, reverse gear and a built-in alarm.
The Liza is Huaguan’s mainstream city scooter: an 800 W BLDC hub motor, a graphene 60 V 23 Ah battery and a 70–80 km range at up to 55 km/h, with a 5–6 hour charge time. A reverse gear aids parking and a built-in alarm adds security.
Huaguan’s own copy pitches it at students, women and daily commuters, emphasising comfortable legroom for busy city streets. Published spec tables back the marketing with concrete numbers — the pack rating, range band, speed and charge time are all on the record, which is more than many rivals publish.
Pricing is the one gap: the site sells every Huaguan model through a get-a-quote flow, so budget buyers must call or email the Lahore office for the sticker.
