Huaguan is the rare case of a Chinese factory selling into Pakistan without a rebadge: huaguan.com.pk is run by the Guangzhou Huaguan Electric Vehicle Company, with a Lahore office handling local enquiries. Prices are quote-only — you contact the office for a landed figure rather than browsing a price list.
The seven-model range spans three segments. The Lazer (600 W, 48 V 12 Ah graphene, 45 km/h, 40 km) is a pedal-assist moped. The Liza (800 W, 60 V 23 Ah graphene, 55 km/h, 70–80 km) and the three-wheel Liza Pro and Galaxy Pro (the latter a delivery trike with a trunk) cover family and cargo use. The Speedo (1,200 W, 60 V 32 Ah, 65 km/h, 90–100 km) and the liquid-cooled Ibex (1,500 W, 72 V 32 Ah, 65 km/h, 120 km, cruise control) are proper commuters. The Leopard 5 (2,000 W, 72 V 42 Ah with graphene or lithium options, 70 km/h, 120–130 km) tops the range.
Because pricing is quote-only, landed cost varies with order size and current duty — use it as a negotiation reference rather than a fixed figure, and budget for the import-duty exposure covered in our landed-cost guide.
Supply chain & Chinese sourcing
Huaguan is the clearest factory-direct option in our directory: the same company that builds the bikes runs the Pakistan office, so you can ask the Lahore team exactly which plant, cells and chemistry each model ships with. Quote-only pricing means landed cost depends on order size and duty — see the import duties & PAVE profile and OEM verification guide.
