The Pedelix is the cheapest way into BRG ownership at PKR 129,000. It pairs a 500 W 20H motor with a 48 V 20 Ah Phylion pack, a 35 km/h top speed and a claimed 60–70 km range, and BRG publishes a 66.9 kg kerb weight, a 75 kg load rating and drum brakes front and rear.
The specification is coherent for the price: a light, short-distance scooter with cheap consumables. What it is not is a two-up commuter — the 75 kg load rating effectively means one adult — and the 48 V electrical system sits a class below the 72 V packs used higher up the range.
BRG labels the battery both “Graphene” and “phylion (lithium)”, and publishes no warranty schedule. At the entry price those details still matter: ask which chemistry you are buying and get the battery term in writing.

Relationship
A Pakistani brand assembling from Chinese CKD (completely knocked-down) kits — the model name tells you the assembler, not the factory that engineered it.
Standing in China & the world
The specific Chinese factory behind this model is not published. That is normal in this market: most brands import unbranded kits, so two Pakistani models can share a platform without either saying so. Pin down the actual manufacturer with the dealer-side checklist before you pay — it changes parts, battery and resale maths.

BRG names Phylion for the Pedelix pack but also labels it graphene in the same spec, and does not publish the complete-bike factory. Confirm the chemistry in writing — the battery supply-chain explainer explains why it changes the pack’s expected life. Brand page: BRG.
