BRG Electric scooter

BRG Rider BS7

BRG’s other PKR 235,000 scooter: the same 1,000 W drivetrain and 72 V LFP pack as the DS11 in different bodywork.

The Rider BS7 shares its mechanical recipe with the Swift DS11: a 1,000 W 30H hub motor, a 72 V 25 Ah LFP battery, a 45 km/h top speed, a claimed 80 km range and a 150 kg load rating. Both list at PKR 235,000.

That makes the choice between them a question of styling, seating position and what your local dealer actually stocks — not specifications. Ride both if you can, because the difference you will feel is in the bodywork and ergonomics, not the drivetrain.

As with the DS11, BRG does not publish charge time, brakes, kerb weight or a warranty schedule for the BS7. Confirm all four at the counter before paying, and get the battery term on the invoice.

Strengths and trade-offs

What it does well

  • Same running gear as the DS11 for the same price
  • Published LFP pack and 150 kg load rating
  • 45 km/h city-appropriate top speed
  • A styling alternative at an identical price point

What to watch out for

  • Charge time and brakes unpublished
  • No published warranty schedule
  • Mechanically identical to the cheaper-looking DS11
  • 80 km claim needs a loaded test on your route

Where it comes from — made by, based on

RelationshipA Pakistani brand assembling from Chinese CKD (completely knocked-down) kits — the model name tells you the assembler, not the factory that engineered it.
Standing in China & the worldThe specific Chinese factory behind this model is not published. That is normal in this market: most brands import unbranded kits, so two Pakistani models can share a platform without either saying so. Pin down the actual manufacturer with the dealer-side checklist before you pay — it changes parts, battery and resale maths.

Full profile: How to verify your e-bike’s real OEM — A five-minute, dealer-side checklist to find out which Chinese factory actually built the bike you are about to buy.

BRG publishes the BS7’s battery as 72 V 25 Ah LFP but not the cell supplier or the complete-bike factory. See the OEM verification guide for the questions that remain open. Brand page: BRG.
