The Sparrow is the doorway to Jolta ownership: a light step-through scooter at PKR 144,900, aimed at short-distance urban riders — students, shopkeepers and second-vehicle households in Punjab’s cities.
Step-through geometry and a low seat make it easy to mount and manage in traffic, and the electric drivetrain means no clutch, no gears and almost no maintenance beyond tyres, brakes and the battery itself. Its running cost is a small fraction of a 70cc petrol scooter’s.
