Best forMid-market buyers who rank a documented battery warranty above the lowest stickerTech-first buyers who want TCS, cruise and a big display without premium-brand pricing

These two scooters represent the two things a buyer can actually hold a brand to: warranty and features. The OKLA OKT Lithium (PKR 369,000) is a 1,000 W hub-motor scooter with a 74 V 28 Ah lithium-ion pack, a claimed ~80 km range, ~50 km/h, and the single strongest documented term among the four brands added in our October 2026 expansion: a published 3-year battery warranty. The Ofero Thunder (PKR 329,999) answers with a 76.8 V 25 Ah IPX7-rated swappable pack, 65 km/h, a claimed 90 km, 220 mm opposed-piston discs, traction control, cruise control and a 7.8-inch display — and no published warranty at all.

Put the PKR 39,001 price gap next to the warranty gap. The battery is the most expensive wear item on either scooter, and a three-year written term on it is the difference between a repairable bike and a sunk cost when capacity fades in year two. Against that, the Thunder’s equipment list — TCS and cruise at this price — is genuinely rare, and its swappable pack changes daily logistics if a swap network exists on your route.

The specs do not settle it either way: the OKT is slower (about 50 km/h versus 65 km/h) and shorter-legged (about 80 km versus 90 km claimed), so the Thunder is the stronger performer on paper. The OKT’s charge time and brakes are unpublished; the Thunder’s swap-station coverage is unpublished. Each bike therefore asks you to verify one thing before purchase: for OKLA, the real-world range and the warranty terms in writing; for Ofero, the swap network.

Our verdict: if peace of mind on the most expensive component is the priority, the OKT Lithium is the only scooter in this pairing with a battery warranty you can point to — worth PKR 39,001 to many buyers. If you want the faster, better-equipped machine and a swappable pack, and you have confirmed stations on your route, the Thunder is the more exciting bike for less money.
