Both of these scooters are built around the same insight — that a removable pack solves the charging problem for riders without overnight plug access — and both ask you to trust a swap ecosystem that is still young. The Ofero Hero (PKR 229,999) pairs a 64 V 25 Ah swappable pack with a 55 km/h top speed, a 65–90 km claimed range, 180 mm disc brakes and an IPX7-class water-resistance claim. The EVEON N7 Max costs PKR 40,999 less, uses a 60 V 26 Ah swappable LFP pack, and claims 70–80 km at 40–50 km/h.
The N7 Max’s decisive advantage is paperwork. EVEON publishes a 36-month battery / 24-month motor / 18-month controller warranty on the N7 Max — the kind of written term Ofero does not publish at all. Given that the battery is the most expensive component on any e-bike and frequently the reason a used one is cheap, a documented three-year battery term is worth real money against a PKR 40,999 price gap.
The Hero’s counter-argument is hardware and speed. It is the faster scooter (55 km/h versus 40–50 km/h), carries larger 180 mm discs, and its IPX7-class water-resistance claim is unusually explicit for this market — relevant in a monsoon city. Neither brand publishes motor output, so the performance difference has to be judged on a test ride, not on a spec sheet.
Our verdict: for the lower price and the only published warranty in this pairing, the N7 Max is the rational buy — and the LFP chemistry is the more heat-tolerant choice in our battery explainer. Pay the extra PKR 40,999 for the Hero only if the higher top speed and bigger brakes matter on your routes and Ofero’s dealer can put the battery warranty in writing.
