These two scooters are close enough on hardware to make the paperwork decide the sale. Both run a 1,200 W motor and a Phylion battery, both claim around 90–110 km, and both are sold direct by their brands rather than through a legacy dealer network. The Nexo KB 1200W lists at PKR 225,000; the BRG ES20 at PKR 265,000.

The battery is where they diverge. Nexo uses a 76 V 27 Ah Phylion lithium pack and publishes a 36-month battery warranty, 24 months on the motor, 18 months on the controller and 3 months on electronic parts. BRG uses a 72 V 25 Ah Phylion LFP pack — LFP is the chemistry we generally prefer for cycle life and heat tolerance in Pakistan — but BRG publishes no warranty schedule at all. A better chemistry without a written term is a promise, not a guarantee; read our battery price and warranty guide before treating LFP as the tie-breaker.

The rest of the sheet favours Nexo on completeness. It publishes a 50 km/h top speed, a 4–5 hour charge time, disc brakes front and rear and a 100–110 km range. BRG publishes 90 km of range, a 45 km/h top speed on the product page (55 km/h on its homepage), and no charge time or brake specification for the ES20. BRG does publish a 150 kg load rating, which Nexo does not — useful if you regularly carry a pillion or cargo.

Our verdict: at PKR 40,000 less, with a longer published feature list and the only written battery warranty in this pair, the KB 1200W is the safer buy for most riders. Choose the ES20 only if your dealer puts BRG’s warranty terms, charge time and the correct top speed in writing before you pay — and compare both with the rest of the 1,200 W class in our directory.
