Nexo EV is a Pakistani electric two-wheeler brand headquartered in Arifwala, District Pakpattan, selling through its own network of stores in 29 cities. Its range is short and deliberately so: three scooters — the KB 1200W (PKR 225,000), Nine 1500W (PKR 255,000) and SU7 2000W (PKR 280,000), each priced on the official site.
What separates Nexo from most local assemblers is documentation. Every model lists a Phylion lithium pack by voltage and capacity, and the brand publishes a four-part warranty: 36 months on the battery, 24 months on the motor, 18 months on the controller and 3 months on electronic parts. A written controller term is rare in this market, and the 36-month battery term is among the stronger published commitments we track.
The limits are equally clear. Nexo does not publish the complete-bike factory behind its scooters, and suspension and kerb weight are missing from its spec sheets. Treat the brand as a transparent battery-and-warranty proposition, verify the ride hardware at a store, and get the warranty schedule printed on your invoice — the same discipline we apply in our battery warranty comparison.
Supply chain & Chinese sourcing
Nexo EV names its battery supplier — Phylion, a Chinese lithium specialist — but not the factory that builds the complete scooter. That is half the traceability chain: enough to judge the pack, not enough to confirm the frame and assembly origin. Use the battery supply-chain explainer for the pack side and the OEM verification guide for the questions a buyer should still ask at the store.
