ELFA Electric
EV Technologies’ two-model line — the PKR 260,000 EV-1 Scooty and PKR 335,000 EV-125 — built around fast-charging lithium packs.

EV-125
ELFA Electric is the retail brand of EV Technologies, a Pakistani electric-vehicle company, and it currently sells two scooters. The EV-1 Scooty (PKR 260,000) pairs a lithium pack rated for 1,500 charge cycles with a claimed 2-hour fast charge and a 75 km range, riding on 12-inch tubeless tyres with three riding modes. The EV-125 (PKR 335,000) steps up to a 2,000-cycle pack, the same 2-hour fast charge and a claimed 100 km range.
The fast-charge claim is the headline: most competitors quote 5–8 hour overnight charges, so a genuine 2-hour top-up changes daily usability — verify the charger spec and whether fast charging affects the cycle-life rating before relying on it.
EV Technologies has been associated with the government’s PAVE electric-vehicle financing scheme, so ask whether ELFA models currently qualify for subsidised bank lease.
Supply chain & Chinese sourcing
ELFA/EV Technologies does not publish its OEM factory or cell supplier, so both are unconfirmed — ask for the cell manufacturer and pack warranty in writing. The unusually specific cycle-life and fast-charge claims are worth verifying on a test ride. See the battery supply-chain profile.
- CKD assembly in Pakistan, explained — Most Pakistani e-bikes arrive as completely knocked-down kits from China. Here is what that means for quality, spares and resale.
- E-bike battery supply chain: lead-acid, “graphene” and LFP — The chemistry behind the claims: why “graphene” packs are usually lead-acid, and why LFP is worth the premium in Pakistan.
